Out On Bail is a Virginia-based acoustic duo or trio featuring Todd "Double T" Tipton, Paul Loy, and Rocky Motley. Together, these seasoned multi-instrumentalists deliver a mix of country, southern rock, classic rock, Americana, bluegrass, and plenty of unexpected favorites. Their versatile setlist, musicianship, and lighthearted stage banter along with plenty of musical surprises keep the audience singing along, and asking for one more song.

The standard lineup features Todd and Paul, combining acoustic and electric guitars depending on the venue and style of music. When schedules allow, Rocky Motley joins the lineup, adding his exceptional mandolin playing and another layer of harmony and fun to the show.

Paul and Rocky are both well known throughout Virginia as members of Out of Uniform, bringing years of performance experience and an easygoing chemistry that shines on stage.

The outlaw may still be on the run, but the music always gets caught.
